Refund Policy

All purchases are final—we don’t offer cash refunds.

Thank you for shopping at Bold & Bare.
However, if you’re not happy with your order, you can exchange it within 14 days, as long as the item is in brand-new condition. That means tags must still be attached, and the product should be in its original Bold & Bare packaging.
If there’s a sale and the price of your item drops, you can still exchange it—but only at the new, lower sale price.

Used or damaged items won’t qualify for an exchange.

If something arrives damaged, let us know within 3 days of purchase (or within 2–3 days of delivery for online orders). If your claim is approved, we’ll send you a coupon for the same value which you can use online only.
Please note, exchanges and claims may take 1–2 weeks to process.

We do not accept exchanges for fragrances or accessories like jewelry, undergarments, bags, sunglasses or belts.

Online Purchase – Exchange Policy

If you need to exchange something you bought online, you can choose from two options within 14 days of your purchase.

Option 1- Exchange from Home

Our delivery team will come to your home to pick up the item and bring you the replacement.

This service costs Rs. 220.

To start the process, just send the following details on WhatsApp to 0333-6543967.
Please share the following details on WhatsApp:
1.    Your Name
2.    Order Number
3.    Product You Want Instead
4.    Product You’re Returning
5.    Reason for Exchange

Also, don’t forget to attach a video of the item you’re returning. Make sure the tags are still attached and the product is in its original condition.

Option 2 - Send it Yourself

This option is free. You just need to send the item back to us through a reliable courier service like TCS or Leopards—make sure it gives you a tracking number and proof of delivery.

Include the original receipt, the product with tags still attached and uncut, & the original packaging.

Once we check and approve the item, we’ll send you the replacement.

FYI: Before requesting an exchange, please visit https://boldandbare.pk/ and check which items or sizes are currently available in any category.
Items that have already been exchanged once can’t be returned or exchanged again.
If you bought something at full price, it will be exchanged based on the current price, even if the price has changed.

In-Store Exchange Policy

If you’d like to exchange something you bought from our store, you can do so within 10 days of purchase. Just make sure the item is in its original condition, with the tags still attached and uncut, and bring your original receipt.

We don’t offer refunds for in-store purchases.
